CyberSanket does not claim exclusive partnership, direct authorization, or sponsorship by these manufacturers unless explicitly certified.

4. Service Delivery & Operational Boundaries

Consultation and engineering engagements are delivered under individual Statements of Work. Notice: CyberSanket does not guarantee 24/7/365 emergency response, immediate onsite dispatch outside scheduled windows, or immunity from cyberattacks. Clients remain responsible for maintaining administrative custody of their systems and approving recommended configuration modifications.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CyberSanket or its founder be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of website usage, calculator projections, or implementation of self-service advice. Clients are advised to test any configuration changes in non-production environments prior to deployment.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with services or website usage shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
